Return Policy If for any reason you wish to make a return or exchange for an online purchase, you may do so within 5 days of your purchase date. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it with the tags still attached. All sale items, engraved items and special order merchandise are considered final sale. Engraved items can not be returned or exchanged unless there is a product defect or engraving error. Merchandise that has been altered or sized may not be returned or exchanged. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN Items purchased in our store can only be returned or exchanged in our store. Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged in our store or by mail. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

EXCHANGE An exchange for an online purchase can be made within 7 days if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received the incorrect item or need to make an exchange, contact us at

SHIPPING & IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY Processing We make every effort to process orders within 1-3 business days of being placed. Our processing times may be longer due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season. We do not process or ship orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and/or nationally observed US holidays.

Shipping We currently offer shipping methods within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, to APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. All shipments are insured and shipped via UPS. Shipments with items valued at $100 and over will require someone present to sign for the package. In this case, we will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

Shipping Methods & Rates We charge flat-rate fees for our shipping methods, and we offer free standard shipping on orders of $200.00 or more. Shipping fees for orders made in-store or by phone may vary. Our shipping methods and flat-rate shipping fees are subject to change without notice. Standard (3 to 4 business days) $20.00 Express (2 to 3 business days) $50.00 Overnight (Next-business-day) $75.00

Tracking Your Order Delays due to inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control with our delivery carriers may adversely affect delivery times. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. You will be able to see the details of your shipment and track your shipment through the shipping carrier’s website.

In-Store Pickup We offer an in-store pickup option that can be selected during checkout. We make every effort to process orders within 1-3 business days of being placed. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification email once your order is ready for pickup.
